Jonathon W. Hollandsworth, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Hollandsworth has more than 20 years of experience in financial services, holding senior management positions with BankAmerica, Sumitomo Bank, Travelers Investments, Security Pacific Bank, as well as others. Before forming NewMarket Advisory in 1999, he was an experienced professional in raising debt and equity as well as in turn-around management. His experience and competencies include Finance, Strategic Planning, Marketing, Process and Re-Engineering. He is also a nationally recognized expert in Risk Management. In addition to successfully marketing the first, ever Securitization of $50MM in non-conforming consumer loans, his accomplishments include the development of the first Mortgage Based Credit Scoring System, the re-engineering of a Fannie Mae approved Quality Control system, and a Risk Management Based Behavioral Scoring System for mortgage collections. Mr. Hollandsworth holds a B.S. from San Jose State University, San Jose, California, and a Graduate Degree from UCB.
